Welcome to the Empowerment Tools Workshop.
Sometimes things happen in life and you need help quickly, help that is not always available. This is where the Empowerment tools come in
Join us for an afternoon of learning as we guide you through various tools you can use in your daily life and when you need help immdiately. This in-person event will provide you with practical, simple, & effective tools, to empower you to take responsibility for your life and health, playing an active role in it. After you have been guided through some techniques we will end with a relaxing Group Soul Sound session, one of the best tools to help with multiple things, including stress.
